The first step is to get your fingerprints done. Our school is an approved livescan provider
and we can do them digitally and submit them directly to the FDLE (Florida Department of Law
Enforcement). Having your fingerprints done digitally through an approved Livescan provider
will speed up the application process with the DBPR (Department of Business and Professional
Regulation).
The second step is to complete your application online with the DBPR (Department of Business
and Professional Regulation). Create your account on the DBPR’s website:

How long is Real Estate School in Florida?
The Florida State-approved FREC 1 pre-license course is a comprehensive 63-hour program. It includes 60-hours of curriculum instruction and a 3-hour end-of-course exam.
You have the flexibility to complete this course in various formats. You can finish it in just seven days by attending in person or virtually at any accredited provider’s facility, with classes running Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Alternatively, you can opt for a more extended schedule, spreading the 63-hour program over four weeks, typically with classes held three evenings a week from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Can I take the Pre-Licensing Course Online?
Yes, you can take the Florida State-approved FREC 1 pre-license course online.

The sheer volume of knowledge required to pass the state exam can be overwhelming, and without the structured guidance of an instructor, many students either give up or struggle to retain the necessary information.
At Flagler School of Real Estate, we strongly recommend taking the pre-licensing class in person or through our instructor-led virtual sessions, where you’ll receive the support and personalized attention needed to succeed.
How to earn a lucrative income as a Real Estate Agent?
Get Your Real Estate License: The first step to entering the real estate industry is obtaining your real estate license. This essential credential opens the door to a world of opportunities, allowing you to legally represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions. It’s the foundation of your career and a gateway to achieving your professional goals.
Start Building Your Business: Once you’re licensed, the next step is to start building your real estate business. This involves creating a strong personal brand, networking with potential clients, and establishing your presence in the market. By leveraging your knowledge and skills, you can begin to carve out your niche in the industry and set the stage for long-term success.
Find Buyers and Sellers: A crucial part of your real estate career will be connecting with buyers and sellers. Whether you’re helping someone find their dream home or assisting a seller in maximizing their property’s value, your ability to match clients with the right opportunities will define your success.
Find Renters: In addition to working with buyers and sellers, finding renters is another way to build your business. By helping property owners secure reliable tenants, you can expand your services and create additional streams of income.
Property Management: Expanding into property management offers a steady source of income and deepens your involvement in the real estate industry. Managing properties on behalf of owners involves handling tenant relations, maintenance issues, and ensuring that the property is well-maintained and profitable.
Wholesaling and Flipping Contracts: Wholesaling and flipping contracts are lucrative strategies for those looking to make quick profits in real estate. By securing properties at a lower cost and reselling them or their contracts at a higher price, you can generate income without needing to invest significant capital upfront.
Buy Your Own Investment Property: Owning investment property is a great way to build wealth over time. Whether you’re interested in residential or commercial real estate, purchasing your own investment property allows you to generate passive income, benefit from property appreciation, and create long-term financial stability.
