5/5 stars! I recently attended Flagler School of Real Estate and I'm thrilled to say that I passed my state exam on my first try! The instructors were truly amazing, and they go above and beyond to ensure that you have a personal and supportive learning experience. From the moment I started, I felt like I was part of a community, not just a student in a classroom. The teachers are knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer questions. The curriculum is comprehensive and well-structured, covering everything you need to know to succeed in the real estate industry. But what really sets the school apart is the personal touch. In my opinion, the best real estate school in Florida!! It FAR OUTWEIGHS GOLDCOAST bc the classes are smaller , thus you learn a lot more .This translates into you into making a lot  more money ? for you as an agent.Also, bc they have been around a shorter timeframe than Goldcoast, they have a much higher drive and ambition to help the students pass the exams.Dan Coco, the Babe Ruth of teaching frec #1, formally at Goldcoast left them to go to Flagler bc of his former school was too big and has been around too long and consequently lose their desire to help students. They get a little uninterested in going the extra mile for the students like Flagstar. does. Dan Coco felt the same way. He is a great person and teacher. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLAGLER SCHOOL over Goldcoast and if you’re lucky enough to get Dan Coco, you will make a lot of money and be VERY SATISFIED!!! Please remember, BIGGER IS NOT BETTER!! I tried to do online a couple of times and by chapter 2 I had no idea what I read. Had to realize real estate/law learning online was not a realistic option for me to be successful. I decided to go in person. I am happy that I chose Flagler School of Real Estate. It was very convenient in Fort Lauderdale. Robert and the team made the classes enjoyable and learning was a breeze. The Flagler School of Real Estate is the best option for your real estate license or renewal. Robert has years of experience and knowledge. He teaches in a way that is not only easy to understand but also engaging to the students. He has far exceeded my expectations. If you're interested in passing your exam AND learning the required skills/information to actually work in real estate, this is the ONLY school to attend.
